Car Insurance HUMMER (Car Insurance). baddest fibtl18n2 or dd9518 which is the loudest and can handle the most rms!?baddest fibtl18n2 or dd9518 which is the loudest and can handle the most rms!? now i have a pair of hcca 15.4s and i been hearing the n2 fi btl18 n2 are bad as hell and the dd9518s were bad too. i was wondering what would be the best sub and how much power can those subs take can the btl18 take 3000+ rms per sub can the dd9518 take that power too im getting a stetsom 7k2d what would be the best sub for this amp dd18, fi n218, or hcca 15.4 Dude, stick with Orion HCCA, they don't suck at all. I have been looking at Fi BTL, RE audio XXX, Kicker Solo X, SSA Xcon, and Orion HCCA besides Kicker Solo X they all pretty much the same crap just made my different company no joke. BTL are loud, so do RE audio XXX are loud too, and Orion HCCA are loud as hell too, I'd go with HCCA is because of the surrounding which give people more area, and a lot of people know that more area = more bass, DD audio 9518 and Fi N2 18 inch compare to your 2 Orion HCCA 15.4 they can't even go near those Orion HCCA your pushing out around 4000 watts RMS those 2 woofer is like 2000 watts RMS, from that power HCCA wins, and 2 15 have more corn area than a single 18 inch woofer, based on those HCCA will always take the lead. Or you can go with single 21 inch incriminator warden series that woofer will blow the crap out of those BTL and 9518. Auto parts : Roll Bar Padding Acura 1995 . Roll Bar Storage Alfa Romeo 1996 . HUMMER . How to Replace a Serpentine Belt on a 2001 Chevy TrackerReplacing the serpentine belt on a 2001 Chevy Tracker is an essential part of maintaining optimal engine performance. The serpentine belt is the power behind the alternator, the water pump, and the power steering pump, which means that if the belt were to break while you were driving, your car would overheat, the battery would start to die, and you would lose most of your steering control. Check the serpentine belt for cracks and breaks every two to three weeks. Difficulty:Moderately Easy Instructions Things You'll Need Socket wrench Step by Step : 1 Locate the serpentine belt route diagram near the hood release latch under the hood. If the diagram is not present, draw one. The drawn diagram must accurately depict the exact route of the serpentine belt and note if it goes under or over each specific pulley. 2 Locate the spring tensioner pulley, which is in the front of the engine compartment, behind the fan. The tensioner pulley resembles all of the other pulleys except that it is affixed to a spring-loaded arm. 3 Disconnect the negative battery cable from the battery terminal. Attach the socket wrench to the square peg in the center of the tensioner pulley and rotate it counter-clockwise until the tension is removed from the serpentine belt. Remove the serpentine belt from the tensioner pulley. Slowly release the wrench and remove the belt entirely from the engine. 4 Slip the new belt in to the engine and route it according to the diagram, making sure to leave the spring tensioner pulley for last. Make sure that you follow the diagram precisely, because if the belt is installed improperly, it can break components. 5 Rotate the wrench on the spring tensioner pulley counter-clockwise and slide the new belt on to that pulley. Slowly release the wrench to return the tension to the belt.
HUMMER . How to Replace the Serpentine Belt on a Chevy TrailblazerThe Chevy Trailblazer is available with several different engine options but all of them use the same style belt--a single serpentine belt that turns all the accessories on the front of the engine. The belt runs over the pulleys in a specific path that must be followed when installing the new belt. A new belt is available through the Chevy dealer or an auto parts store, and the belt path is available on a label under the hood of the truck for you to reference. Difficulty:Moderately Easy Instructions Things You'll Need Wrench set 3/8-inch drive breaker bar Step by Step : 1 Locate the negative battery cable on the negative terminal of the battery. Remove the retaining bolt from the cable end with a wrench and lift the cable off the battery. Isolate the battery cable from the battery terminal while you are working. 2 Locate the serpentine belt tensioner on the front of the engine. Place the square drive from a 3/8-inch drive breaker bar in the square hole in the arm of the tensioner. Rotate the tensioner clockwise, loosening the serpentine belt. 3 Slide the serpentine belt off the pulleys while holding the tensioner off the belt. Discard the old belt and install a new belt over the pulleys. Rotate the tensioner counterclockwise allowing it to tension the new belt as you go. 4 Remove the breaker bar from the tensioner, then out of the engine compartment. Inspect the belt to ensure it is on the pulleys correctly, then double-check the path of the belt against the diagram on the sticker under the hood of your Trailblazer. 5 Install the negative battery cable on the negative terminal of the battery. Insert the retaining bolt and tighten it with wrench. Start the engine and watch the belt to be sure it is running smooth and squarely over the pulleys. *• If you have drum brakes, you can see another set of bearings hi the center hole of the drum. These are your inner wheel bearings. At this time, you have to decide whether you're going to remove the inner bearings to check and pack them. The following will help you decide whether to remove the inner bearings: • You can't remove the inner bearing from its seat in the hub unless you have a new grease seal for it. So if you're just checking on this expedition, leave the inner bearings alone until you're sure from the condition of the outer bearings that repacking is in order. • Generally speaking, if the outer bearings look okay, the inner ones are okay, too. Just check each wheel and put everything back according to the instructions for reassembling drum brakes earlier in this chapter. 857

If you're not planning to repack the inner bearings, do not attempt to take them out of their seat in the drum. Skip Steps 10 through 13 and continue with Step 14. If you are repacking the inner bearings, slide the brake drum or disc toward you, with the inner bearings still in place, but do not slide the drum completely off the spindle. Instead, screw the adjusting nut back hi again and pull the drum toward you and push it back. The adjusting nut should catch the inner bearing and its grease seal and free them from inside the hub. 10. Clean and pack the inner bearings, using the technique described in Steps 5 through 8. 11. Take a rag and wipe out the hole in the hub of the drum where the inner bearing went; then take another gob of grease and smooth it into the hole. Be sure that the grease fills the races inside the hub where the bearing fits. Wipe off excess grease around the outside of the hole or it will fly around when the car's in motion, possibly damaging your brakes. 12. Insert the inner bearing into the hub, with the small end first. Take the new grease seal and spread a film of grease around the sealing end (the flat, smooth side). 13. To fit the new grease seal into place properly, slide it in evenly; otherwise, it will bend or break, and you'll lose your grease. a follow pipe or a large socket from a socket wrench set that has roughly the same diameter as the seal. With the flat, smooth side of the seal toward you, place the seal in the hub opening, and use the pipe or socket to move it into the hub gently and evenly. The new seal should end up flush with the outside of the hub or slightly inside it. HUMMER . How to install starter ls 400 lexus 1993?

Return to the instructions on checking drum brakes and pick up where you left off. .^ ^"~~ You'll be glad to know that your rear wheels have no wheel bearings to pack (unless your vehicle has front-wheel drive and the manual says that you can repack the rear bearings). You do have axle bearings, but you must replace these if they wear out; you can't repack them. If your car is quite old and you hear a clicking or grinding noise from the vicinity of your rear wheels, have these bearings checked and replaced if necessary. Hearing worn axle bearings is easiest when you drive down an alley or a narrow driveway because the noise echoes loudly. Part III: Keeping Your Car in Good Condition, System by System A quick Way to tell Whether your bearing's Wearing If you just want to check your bearings for wear without removing the wheels, do the following: 1. Brake fluid also has an affinity for moisture, and the water vapor in the air can combine with the brake fluid to form ice crystals that make braking difficult in cold weather. Adding water vapor-contaminated fluid to your brake system can rust the system and create acids that etch your wheel cylinders and master cylinder and foul your brakes, causing them to work poorly — or not at all.
